Bradley Home Care Services and Transportation was born from a deeply personal mission: to provide compassionate, dependable support to those who need it most—right here in our own community.
Founded by Sharonda Nicholson-Bradley, BSN, RN, a seasoned nurse with a heart for service, our agency bridges the gap between clinical care and everyday support. After witnessing families struggle to find consistent, respectful home care and safe transportation, Sharonda set out to create a solution that puts dignity, professionalism, and people first.
From humble beginnings to a fully equipped service team in Greenville, NC, we’ve grown because of one thing—trust. Trust from families who welcome us into their homes. Trust from clients who rely on us to get to appointments safely. And trust from a team that shares a purpose: to serve with integrity and heart.

Sharonda Nicholson-Bradley, BSN RN
Founder & CEO
With over 25 years of nursing experience, I’ve dedicated my career to advocating for the health, safety, and dignity of others. I started Bradley Home Care Services and Transportation with a vision: to provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals who want to remain in the comfort of their own homes and access reliable, respectful transportation.
As a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I bring clinical knowledge, leadership, and a personal commitment to every service we offer. Whether assisting a client with personal care or coordinating a medical appointment ride, my goal is to make every individual feel safe, supported, and respected.
Bradley Home Care is built on trust, transparency, and heart. This is more than a business—it’s my calling.
Omar Payton
Chief Financial Officer CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer of Bradley Home Care Services and Transportation, Omar brings a unique combination of financial expertise and frontline healthcare experience to the organization. A proud graduate of East Carolina University, Omar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a strong focus on healthcare operations and service-based management.
With a clinical background as a Certified Nurse Aide, he has worked in diverse settings including Medical-Surgical, ICU, and Emergency Departments. This blend of hands-on patient care and financial acumen gives he an exceptional ability to align the business side of home care with the real-world needs of clients and caregivers.
Currently enrolled in a nursing program, Omar is deeply committed to lifelong learning and service in both clinical and administrative roles. As CFO, he oversees budgeting, billing systems, and financial compliance to ensure that our services remain accessible, ethical, and sustainable.

Onesha Payton
Transportation Specialist & Personal Care Lead
Onesha Payton is a dedicated Nurse Aide II with clinical experience in Emergency Department (ED), Medical-Surgical, and Oncology care. As both the Transportation Specialist and Personal Care Lead at Bradley Home Care Services and Transportation, she brings a strong clinical foundation, compassion, and professionalism to every client interaction.
In her transportation role, Onesha ensures that each non-emergency medical trip is safe, timely, and handled with dignity—whether assisting ambulatory clients or those requiring wheelchair-accessible transportation. Her calm demeanor and medical awareness make her especially trusted with clients who have complex health needs.
As our Personal Care Lead, she supports care planning, trains direct care staff, and oversees daily service quality. Her hands-on experience in hospital settings has strengthened her ability to recognize changes in client conditions, communicate with families, and deliver high-standard care.
Onesha’s dual expertise in healthcare and transportation makes her a cornerstone of our mission to deliver holistic, respectful support in every service we provide.
